After careful consideration and in light of the global health emergency and pervasive travel restrictions, the organzing committee has made the difficult decision to convert 2020 5th International Conference on Renewable Energy and Conservation (ICREC 2020) to a fully virtual conference, due to the epidemic situation. Except for the regular presentation style, delegates who cannot attend the meeting due to the epidemic situation have participated in the web conference session or video conference session, etc, during May 29-31, 2020.

The organizing committee has invited (Follow of IEEE) Prof. Z.Y. Dong, The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and Prof. Zhixin Wang, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China to deliver keynote speeches, with another 2 invited speeches.
