Prospective colleagues are invited to submit proposals for Special Sessions at ICREC before the submission dates. Special session proposals are welcomed to be directed to the Secretary-General, ICREC at icrec_conf@163.com

For a Special Session proposal to be considered for inclusion at ICREC, its proposed topic needs to be from an emerging area that will not be covered as part of the regular sessions. The topic should be timely and of significant importance to the technical audience, and the speakers need to convey compelling information about the topic.
